Refund Policy

Refunds are credited back to your store balance. Because balance is a prepaid instrument, please read the following carefully.

Software

• Licenses are generally non-refundable once issued and viewed.
• If a key is invalid, cannot be activated, or does not match the description, you may request a refund or replacement and we will verify it with the vendor.
• Subscription products can be fully refunded before activation.

Hardware

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is defective; in that case we cover both ways.
• Items with missing accessories or user damage are not eligible.

Processing time

• Approved refunds are credited to your balance within 1-3 business days.
• The refunded amount equals the amount actually paid; shipping is refunded depending on responsibility.

Withdrawal

Balance withdrawal requires manual review. Please contact support to submit a request.
