Shipping Policy

Digital goods

Software, subscriptions and licenses are delivered digitally. Once payment succeeds the system issues the license key and download link instantly - no shipping cost, no waiting. You can always find them under My Orders -> Order detail.

Physical goods

• Dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed (public holidays excluded).
• We ship to Mainland China, Hong Kong (China), Macao (China), Taiwan (China) and many overseas countries and regions.
• After dispatch we record the carrier and tracking number so you can follow the parcel in your order detail.
• Import duties and taxes levied by the destination country are borne by the buyer.

Shipping fees

• Physical orders are charged by first item plus additional items; the exact fee is shown at checkout.
• Free shipping applies above a certain order value.
• Digital goods never incur shipping fees.

Before you order

Please double-check your delivery address. Addresses usually cannot be changed after dispatch; if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer bears the cost of reshipping.
