1. Accounts

You must register with a valid email address. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or lent. You are responsible for any loss caused by failing to safeguard your account.

2. Recharge and balance

• Recharge is completed by transferring funds to the designated account and submitting a receipt. The balance is credited after review.
• Balance can only be spent in this store and cannot be transferred to another account.
• The transferred amount must match the requested amount, otherwise the request may be rejected.

3. Orders and delivery

• Software is delivered instantly after payment with a license key and download link. Please keep the key safe.
• Hardware is dispatched after the order is placed; delivery times depend on the carrier.
• Prices and stock are as displayed on the product page.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Software licenses are generally non-refundable once viewed; hardware may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging.

5. Prohibited conduct

Money laundering, fraud, and reselling of license keys are strictly prohibited. We will freeze such accounts and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
